We at Eroloc care for our customers and understand that things didn’t work out and you are not happy with your purchase this time. However, the good news is we accept eligible returns.

- Order Cancellation:

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. Order canceled before the product is handed over to the shipping partner is eligible for a full refund.

- Returns (if applicable):

We accept the return of product. Order return is eligible within 10 days from product delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packaging. Products sized 50cm or larger are ineligible for return or exchange. Also, if the product is requested to return, exchange, or refund the delivery charges will be deducted while processing the refund. If any product takes more than 50 business days to deliver, due to any unavoidable circumstances, we will generate a complete refund at the original payment method, upon your request.

- Exchange (if applicable):

We exchange order if the received product is damaged or the item is significantly different from the product description. In case of damaged products you need not send the faulty item back to us; it could delay in the resolution. Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of product delivery at help@eroloc.com with specific photographic evidence. If the purchased item is signifcantly different from the product description and you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@eroloc.com within 2 days from product delivery. Please note that depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

- Return and Refund Process:

  • Initiate Return/Exchange Request
  • Paste the generated shipping label and hand over the package to the courier partner
  • Returned product will be received and inspected at Eroloc warehouse
  • Refund would be processed to the original payment method

  • [Note: The customer is responsible for the shipping of the returned order. Shipping cost payed during order placement is non-refundable. If the shipped item(s) value over ₹1500, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be responsible for any issues pertaining to missing products or damaged condition.]

    - Refunds (if applicable):

    Once the returned order is received and inspected, you will receive a notification regarding the return receipt and refund approval. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will fail to secure a refund. Upon Approval, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

    - Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, or contact your credit card issuer. It may take some time before your refund is reflected in your bank account statement. As a next step, contact your bank. Often the complete processing time might take a while to reflect the amount in your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@eroloc.com.

    - Gifts:

    If the item was purchased through Gift Card, a new Gift Card will be mailed to you for the value of your return, once the returned item is received in acceptable condition.
    If any item was purchased as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift purchaser, irrespective of the shipping address or name of the gift recipient. Also, all the return, refund, or replacement related communication would be shared with the gift card purchaser.
