Conditions for the Eligibility of Return

A Refund or Replacement (Exchange) is processed only when then delievered product is damaged or significantly different from the product description. You can choose how your refund is processed from any of the following options:

- Return and get a replacement
- Return it and get a full refund (except the delivery charges)
- Get a partial refund and keep the item.

Refund or Replacement (Exchange) is processed if your returned item fulfills the conditions mentioned below:

  • The picture at our website shows real object photography. Based on the device type, displays, different screens, color contrast, and lighting, the image color may slightly vary from the real item. In that case, the item will not be valid to process a replacement or refund request.
  • Returns or exchanged products must be must be received in unused condition with packaging intact. Items returned after use or damaged may be subject to denial.
    [Note: If the returned product is received in damaged condition, items will be shipped back to the customer and subject to additional shipping costs.]
  • The ordered product must be returned within 10 days following delivery. Products returned after this time frame would not be eligible for a refund or replacement (exchange).
  • Products that possess dimensions equal to or greater than 50 centimeters are ineligible for the process of return or exchange.
  • Please note that the length of the product may vary 2 - 5 cm due to the manual measurement and different batches. Therefore, such negligible variations in product size will not be eligible for a replacement or refund request.
  • No returns, refunds, or online credits are available for "Final Sale" items of any price.
  • The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
  • Dissatisfaction with style, color, and changes in personal preference do not qualify for a refund or replacement (exchange).
  • Unfortunately, Order purchased with any coupon or offer code will not be eligible for a return (refund) or replacement (exchange).

In case of damaged products you need not send the faulty item back to us; it could delay the resolution time. Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of product delivery at help@eroloc.com with photographic evidence so that we can get it sorted for you as early as possible. Return request raised after 48 hours for damaged product will not be eligible for refund.

[Note: Unapproved product returned to the warehouse is not eligible for any refund. Eroloc will not be responsile to send back the product to the customer. Kindly, follow the steps as mentioned by our customer support executive to return the product and ship it to the address mentioned in the return approval mail.]
